Our Mission
Where Data Heals, Stories Lead, and Change Lasts.
GreenPoint exists to reclaim how impact is named, measured, and made meaningful—by and for our communities. Grounded in justice and community wisdom, we reject extractive practices and build liberatory, trauma-informed approaches that weave research, assessment, and authentic community engagement, as defined by the people most impacted.
About Us
At GreenPoint: Beyond the Metrics, we believe that data should heal, stories should lead, and change should last. We are a justice-centered research, strategy, and capacity-building consultancy that works alongside communities to design liberatory, trauma-informed approaches to evaluation and learning. Our mission is to disrupt legacy measurement systems and build new pathways for understanding impact—rooted in justice, accountability, and the wisdom of communities. Through our work, we help organizations move beyond extractive evaluation toward frameworks that integrate assessment, research, and authentic community engagement. Founded by Dr. Cherrell Green—a researcher, evaluator, and strategist with over a decade of experience in criminal legal reform and community safety—GreenPoint challenges extractive models of data collection. Instead, we center lived experience, qualitative inquiry, and community-defined impact.
